VINIFICATION

Vinification with a light pre-fermentation maceration on the skins and a temperature controlled fermentation at around 18°C/64,5°F.

CHARACTERISTICS

Wine with brilliant rose color with lightly purplish shadings. It presents a fresh fruit profume, with notes of cherry, sour black cherry and raspberry, with hints of berries and red plums.Dry, fresh, fragrant,
with vibrant acidity and citruses hints, a long, elegant and savoury aftertaste.
